I’m kind of upset I’ve been coming to this company for glasses since a kid my glasses were supposed to ready within 2 weeks it’s been almost a month now no communication at all I call and every time is says all representatives are busy .
Convenient location, however wasn’t greeted upon entering.
Updated review, 11/21/2025: I have never been so aggravated and disappointed in all of the years that I have been coming here. The customer service level has declined, which makes it hard to continue being a customer. I will miss Dr. Patel and Andrea dearly if I decide to find a new Optometrist office. My husband was recently a patient here and experienced a lack of transparency with his glasses and bill. What was supposed to be completely covered by insurance was $250 out of pocket including several optional charges that were never discussed including protection packages and such. Other optional things were called “standard” and ended up costing over $200. Buyer beware…. Get all the info upfront.
Wonderful visit with Dr.Schorner. Took the time to explain my eye problems and give recommendations. Would highly recommend for a very competent and caring optometrist
