Always the best service, especially firbi guy who shows up right on time
They had computer gremlins that prevented any printing the day of the appointment. They did send me a couple of things via email, but after a week, still no receipt. Also, it's almost impossible to get a contact lens order entered. They don't pick up, and don't respond.
Terrible service. I got there and immediately was misgendered and called by my legal name, despite me correcting the receptionist. She said it would be on the paperwork and then didn't even read it. I was also told the doctor I was seeing did not take my insurance, which I was not made aware of. I have been to eyecarecenters in the past and have never had an issue with my insurance. I gave them my secondary insurance and wasn't told how much the copay would even be, I had to ask. It was more than I could afford at the moment... read more
