Friendly & professional.
I highly recommend this practice. I literally cannot say enough good things about Dr. Blanton and this practice! Front desk staff is wonderful also!! Dr. Blanton is so knowledgeable, patient,helpful and kind. This is my 2nd year seeing him and it's never a disappointment. This is the perfect eye doctors office. I travel from out of state to come here because I know I will be cared for. I love that they have Saturday appointments too!! Thank y'all again for being the best! ☺️
I was running late for my appointment, and the receptionist told me I would have to reschedule. However, Dr. Robert saw me leaving and said that he could figure out a way to fit me in, but he just needed me to sit and wait for a few minutes. Dr. Robert was very informative and efficient with the small window of time we had to discuss everything. I would definitely recommend checking them out.
Another great experience at the Ballantyne Eye Center. Dr. Blanton gave me a very thorough examination and went over my retinal image screening in detail. Must importantly, I’ll like to acknowledge the outstanding Opticians at this locations. They are always friendly and their expertise shows in every fitting and eye glass adjustment they perform. My boss recommended this place. Honestly best eye place I ever been too. The customer service was amazing. Most eye places I have been took, the doctor would see me for like 5 minutes and always felt rushed. Not this place. I highly recommend.
