Late for our appointments 2 weeks in a row. Nobody even in the office at all at 1 PM and no call saying they will be late. Very unorganized. And slow to get results. Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely awful. Dr Murray diagnosed my Husband with a potentially serious medical condition and insisted on follow up tests. He ran 1.5 hours behind for those tests at which point my Husband Googled and found an atrocious BBB rating/reviews. Sadly my Husband had already paid for contacts, Dr Murray last week said he would call back with status and now the line is disconnected. Avoid!
The office makes a mistake and then doesn't call back for two days...when they do call back, we get hung up on and now they wont answer the phone? Be accountable for your errors and make them right. This is absurd and inexcusable. Never again.
