Horrible optometrist. No regards for her patients. No people skills. I missed one appointment and she charged a ridiculous amount for an exam. Hope all your patients go elsewhere. You do not belong in this field, it’s not your calling at all.
I've been purchasing my eyewear from this store for several years. However, since the store's expansion and the increase in staff, my experience has changed for the worse. During my last visit, I felt that I was treated differently based on my race. I received no greeting or assistance, despite the store not being busy at the time. The atmosphere made me feel completely unwelcome and I wanted to share that here
Eyecare Express came to my mother's long term care home today and they were wonderful! They were very positive and caring. They took the time needed for each individual. They are well organized so that the entire experience went very smoothly. Thank you!
The best place for frames in the city! I went in looking for sunglasses, but didn’t have anything particular in mind. The service was absolutely phenomenal! I was asked my budget, and was shown various styles of frames. Jack took the time to find frames that complicated my face shape, and offered different suggestions of styles I wouldn’t even think to try. I am so in love with the frames I purchased, and will absolutely be coming back for more!
