Everyone in the office is so nice and welcoming! I have a fantastic experience everytime I come in! Also very accommodating as I am gone from the country most of the year and I managed to get everything in time before travel! 10/10 recommend if you need eye care!

Just had my annual appointment at the Cheektowaga office and it was a great experience…from arrival to exam and fitting…all staff are courteous, professional and knowledgeable! Being able to have my appointment at 6pm after my work day is accommodating. Highly recommend!
I have been coming to Eyecare Professionals for years. Why? Because they are great in every way- from walking into the reception area to the examining room to choosing from the wide selection of frames! The staff (Michelle and Joe) are wonderful, professional, and super friendly. The location is perfect. The office is clean. Parking is no problem.
