Yes I have been rescheduled 3 times at the eye care professional on dick Rd ,just was rescheduled yet again I told the receptionist or secretary I will schedule and appt somewhere else she made a smart comment that was truly unprofessional and inappropriate,before they hang up they need to keep there comments to themselves because that is very unprofessional!!!
Rude, dont bother to return calls, refused to fill out paperwork needed for tint windows my doctor already advised and wrote up confirming it was needed. Thank God the DMV honored my doctor. They acted as if they couldn’t do it. Idiots
Dr Kalinowski and the staff are great!
Not a great experience, I went there to get safety glasses over a month ago and still haven't gotten them yet!
They are always so friendly at this office, and they go out of their way to accommodate you.
