I had a string of visits to Eyecare Professionals in GI and I was in need of contacts. They got them ordered and got me some trial contacts including another right eye contact due to it not working out. It had been some time and I was still without contacts and there was a bit of hiccup in communicating when they were in. When I went in today to get my contacts Diane had ordered an extra box for each eye due to inconvenience. In the end, they definitely went above and beyond. Excellent customer service! Staff thoroughly explained my insurance benefits so that I could get the services that were best suited for me. My glasses came in within 2 days!!
I highly recommend Grand Optical. I worked with Lorri who was pleasant and very professional. Lorri answered all my questions and thoroughly explained everything. I told her exactly what I wanted and that's what I got, along with friendly, courteous service! My glasses came within a short time! I had been to (2) two other eyeglass shops and I have to say, I was very disappointed. I was beginning to think that's just the way things are now days. When I came to Grand Island Optical, I was pleasantly surprised!
