HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I waited an hour to be called back (yes I had an appt) while listening to a desk employee complain about working there, was pushed to pay $49 for some picture (I did not), portions of the exam performed by techs. The person that performed the usual “better one, better two” part (no clue who she was because she did not introduce herself) continually tried to push progressive lenses on me which I made very clear BEFORE the exam I do not want.
