Made an appt a week in advance. Filled out all paperwork online at time of making appt. Wake up at 6am. Get in car 6:45am for 7:30am. Get to eyecare plus and they tell me NOW that they realized my insurance had something special or whatever about it and they couldn't get in touch with anybody. Why wasn't this all verified before my Saturday appt. Obviously, I found another place to go - Pearl vision just down the street had an afternoon appt. Had good service, problem came up where services were added to our visit, that we declined ahead of being seen, it was addressed and corrected promptly. Thanks for being professionally friendly🙂
