Really good service and help with my eyes and frames
I had such a wonderful experience the team were professional and friendly. Thank you Dr saya for taking good care and patience with my children.
Exceptional assessment, care and service from clinical, technical and retail staff. Many thanks to Kitty who patiently assisted me in getting the right specs. Thanks to Sunny who made sure my new specs fitted perfectly.
My mum has been coming here for years so finally decided to book in for a check up myself since im now up in years. The ladies are all sooo lovely to speak with and Dr Saya did an excellent assessment, explaining as we went along the process. I was able to get my prescription without any pressure to purchase on the day. Making an appointment was easy with reminders sent which is very handy for busy mum. If anyone asked me id happily direct them here
I have been with Eyecare Plus Bankstown for over 15 years and they have always provided excellent client-centred service, highly recommend!
