Four pairs of glasses in two years all. All broke at the hinge. They are happy to swipe the healthcare card, and get you to pay the gap, but not put in a claim for a manufacturing defect.
Been coming semi-regularly for over 10 years and have always been examined, prescribed and guided by professionals who are amazing at their jobs Sunny, Hie Rin, Ali and Saya. They care about your eye health, and they're also great at helping you choose frames that look good on you.
Excellent service, the doctor who took the eye test was very thorough and patient. they were also able to put prescription lenses in my existing razer anzu frame with perfection. Very satisfactory handiwork.
