Yes, Dr. Reiter can be a little abrasive, but he is that way to everyone - customers and employees. The other side of the picture is that he gives me the best fit on contact of any El Paso eye doctor I have been to. Gives me options and does not push the most expensive option. Just accept a little abrasiveness - your vision will appreciate it.
Worst experience ever. He is Rude, Obnoxious, Condescending, No manners, came into the room and did not welcome us or said hello or good evening or anything. We were advised to only answer "Yes" or "No" because if you answer with an "Uhm" he would "GET MAD". While the test was being done he didn't believe my child when telling him that the letters were too small. Obsessed with teling my child not to squint!!!! Threatened my child to put "nasty eye drops" if the squinting didnt stop
