I never had an issue before till I used the Newtown branch my wife and I live on fix income due to her disabilities the ladies treated us like 2nd class citizens due to her insurance then told us we could pay the 40 dollar difference upon pickup then called us 3 weeks later explaining they didn't prefer her glasses until the 40 was paid and if we don't come in this week there putting them back on the shelf if that was the case why not tell us then instead of telling us upon pickup I don't recommend this branch
