Upon making my appointment was told in they would not accept my insurance for the contact lens exam even though my insurance covers it. Told me on the phone that the exam was one price, but when I got to my appointment and told them I wanted to order my lenses elsewhere, they raised the price of the contact lens exam $30 and said I would have to pay that to get my prescription. My husband also got his eyes checked that day and a week later when his glasses came in, his vision was not improved. He still can't read small print... read more
