I’m so disappointed in the practice. I have been a patient of Dr. Levinson — and Dr. Becker while he was away at the Syracuse and Cazenovia locations. The Doctors here are exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. No complaints about them. However, the staff at both practices have been awful to deal with for the past 23 years. The receptionists I’ve dealt with are routinely rude, short with you, and unhelpful on the phone or during visits. Everyone in the office was friendly, caring and helpful! Today was my first visit and I will definitely be singing their praises to others!
Terrible with keeping appointmetns. Once I showed up and they never had it recorded that I had an appointment. My last visit I waited over an hour past my appointment time before I even saw anyone. Lastly, I had an appointment and a person showed up about 30 mins. early to their appointment ...the secretary took the other person first even though I was on time at my appointment.
