I explained I was diabetic at my first eye exam in February. My sugars were off back then, now I need another. Trying to get another eye exam for free or at a discounted price. They said nope you have to pay full price cause your insurance only covers 1 exam a year for diabetics. So the doc refuses to do another unless I pay full price. Don't go here, they only want money
My husband and I have been extremely happy with our experience at Eyecare Niagara for many years. Dr Den Bak is thorough and very professional. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I have recently seen Bridgette about glasses that required an adjustment. She not only fixed the problem but encouraged me to return in the event of any further issues.
Based on my experience with Dr Choksi at Eye Care Niagara, I would not recommend anyone go there. I had to wait months before going to another optomitrist who immediately found my prescription by Dr Choski was very wrong and the glasses poorly fitted.A My result was I lost the money for my exam and lost the money for my glasses which proved to be useless.
So disappointed in my experience here. It started off with my eye exam with Dr. Walker, that was incorrect. I ordered some new glasses, the girl who takes the measurements looked liked I was bothering her that day, measured them quickly and I knew it was bad…2 weeks later.. my glasses are in. I’m seeing double. They have to be sent back. Dr. Denbak reassesses my vision and realized my prescription was wrong. They send my glasses back. 2 weeks later…still waiting for them. Great experience. Everyone from front desk to Dr. Choksi was patient and pleasant. They answered all my questions. All tests where done and more than I have done at other places. Very pleased will return for my annual check.
