I went to Orlen Eye Care at Holyoke Mall and my overall experience was exceptional. I hadn't been for an eye exam in six years and wasn't sure what to expect. Making the appointment was simple and there was a variety of time slots and days available. Upon arrival I was seen immediately. The staff greeted me, and I filled out a few forms and minutes later, I was taken into a room where a tech took some amazing, magnified pictures of both eyes. Then I was greeted by a super nice female doctor (wish I remembered her name) who p... read more
If I could give zero stars I would. The manager does not know how to speak to customers. She is very rude and should not be in customer service. One time, she told me I should get kids glasses as adult women. Today, she refused to help adjust my classes that I bought several years ago. I spent over $600 dollars for two pairs of glasses and one prescription at the time. My second pair are for special events like weddings without the transitions. I needed them adjusted for a wedding this weekend. The manager claimed should wou... read more
Eye exam for first time getting contacts. Put me in a room to watch a video on eye pad to learn how to use contacts. Came in half hour later and wanted me to sign a sheet stating I knew what I was doing. Contacts given are not the right fit, cause blurred vision and do not sit properly on eye. Called to come back told me it would be days before they could see me. If you are looking for contacts for the first time, I would stay far away from here.
Anneke at the Crossiron location is the best! I've gone there for many years and also use the vision centre next door for my eye check-ups.
This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place to get your eyes checked. The previous doctor was awesome, but now the place has gone down hill. I got my eye hit by the equipment operated by young inexperienced front desk people operating the air test on my eye. They had my chin too high, my forehead was not on the strap and they did not adjust the machine before administering the test to ensure I did not get an injury. I told the "tech" they hit my eye but they did not write it in my file. I went back one week later because my eye wa... read more
I have utilized Holcomb & Associates several times and trust my eye health with them. Dr. Travis is very thorough and efficient and explained the state of my vision in detail. She patiently answered questions about how health issues may/may not impact my vision. Staff were cordial. I highly recommend and will use them again. Alan C. (Marietta)
Corey was absolutely phenomenal, very personal, detail oriented, and assisted with ease
I accidentally stripped the head of one of the screws on my sunglasses. After visiting a couple of eye glass store in the Boise and Meridian areas, neither store was able to fix the issue. I then thought of taking my sunglasses to the Lens Crafters store on Emerald St. in Boise. In just a few minutes Drew, the Lab technician, fixed the issue. He was able to extract the stripped/broken screw and replaced it with a new one, at no charge. Drew was very professional and polite while providing excellent customer service. Thank yo... read more
