Don't waste your time going here. Claimed UPS lost a pair of prescription Ray-Ban sunglasses and a pair of prescription progressive frames that were both sent off for new lenses. I had to call over and over again to get little to no information. They finally had my husband pick out a new pair of prescription sunglasses and when they arrived with new lenses one lens was damaged. Didn't bother telling us that when I called to see if they were in yet. I asked for the money when they filed the UPS claim from the original lost or... read more
