With all respect, you do have an employee by the name of Daisy? I spent over $500+ at your facility. Purchased 2 pair of glasses. A pair of Ferragamos and a pair of Oakley prescription shades. I have receipts for Esperanza Eyecare UN, $500 transaction on January 20th, 2026. This was the deposit. Where would you like me to reach you or provide this receipt? I waited some time to write this review. I had to think about about a few things. All I will say I am not happy at all. Very unhappy.
I am so glad we came to this amazing office. The staff is very attentive and polite. Dr. Esperanza is very knowledgeable and an expert in her area. The optical area has great pricing and an outstanding selection! I definitely say the got 10 stars!
This is the Best Eye Doctor and the best place for your eye appointment, especially eye test . Very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. I recommend Dr. Michelle Esperanza 100% for the whole family and friends.
I’ve been going for years to see Dr. Esperanza, this is the best eye doctor I’ve ever been too. The people that work here are such family people, are very loving, and kind. You won’t fail to get your exam and glasses done here! All of the staff is very welcoming and helpful. This new location is awesome along with the one in Kissimmee.
