I’ve been going here for years. I love the doctor, but front staff just won’t answer the phones so I can make an appointment. Two years ago I had To switch to a different place because no one answered their phones to make an appointment. The year before that no one answered the phones to figure out the contacts situation I had (mind you, they ordered the wrong trials). Voicemails also rarely ever get return calls.
I recommend this store 100%. Daisy went above and beyond.
terrible over the phone service i called three times during office hours and my called was forwarded to voicemail every single time. highly unprofessional
Edit (2023/4) - all the friendly staff are gone. This office has gone downhill and forced me to leave and jump ship to another. The doctor has a terrible bedside manner now and you don’t feel welcomed or valued as a customer. Miss the old staff.
