I don’t typically wright reviews but I’ll make an exception here. This place is disorganized and dishonest. What bothered me the most wasn’t the fact they got my prescription wrong. It wasn’t the fact it took them 5 weeks when I was told 2-4. It wasn’t the fact they told me my glasses were ready when they aren’t..I understand things happen. Truly. What I don’t appreciate is the gaslighting. “You can’t see out of your glasses? Well thats your prescription.” Then why can’t I see out of them? “We told you 2-4 weeks? We never sa... read more

Buyers Beware I payed $270 and got the thickest glasses I’ve seen. (I had only bought one frame and had payed to make them as thin as possible and glare proof.) I asked for a manager she checked and asked the back and was told, “ yup those were thinned out.” So I asked for my money back and was told they don’t do refunds! I then went to Walmart to replace the lens with the same features. They had SATISFACTION GUARANTEED I payed 160 and got them half the size but I used the the same frames which were defected!
