Drove 30 min only to find out there is no Dr in on Monday.
No!! I bought a pair of glasses 2 months that cost me over $300!! Arm piece hinge was defective and arm piece fell off. When I called them they told me to come in and they would take care of them. When I got there, after waiting for a while, they tried to sell me another pair of frames 1/2 off. I told them I wouldn't be back and neither would my family. I had the pair only 2 months, why should I have to pay again, when the first pair was defective to begin with.
RecommendedMy husband and I both were there in Jan, for eye exam and bought new glasses. I dropped my sunglasses the frame broke at seam. Aug 14th I called store to see what my options were to replace frames, first gal I spoke with was no help what so ever. She put me on hold and Sarah picked up was very informative, told me bring glasses in she'd see what could do. The staff and everything was a good professional experience..but just waiting on my new type of contacts to adjust otherwise I recommend Eye Express
Lies about when glasses will be ready. Constant excuses. Paid for 4 pair of glasses. First was supposed to be delivered within one week and the second a week later. Got first pair. Had to call ourselves because we never received a call from them. Then second pair repeatedly delayed. All excuses. I do not recommend them at all!
I ordered contacts over a week ago and when I called to see if they were in, the receptionist Mary Beth was very rude to me and said I should have ordered them sooner if I needed them so bad....ummmm... I just called to see if they were in and maybe you just forgot to call me. Definitely will NOT be going back!
After waiting for them to mail them out to me I finally got them. Only to notice they gave me a jacked up pair of frames from the demo area. looked like they were all stretched out and one arm stuck up in the area. lenses had an annoying shininess on both sides of lenses. Couldn't use due to these reasons. I have a pair of dollar tree readers that are constructed better! Out 423.00 Save your money on this place!!
I had a coupon for the exam and 2 pair of glasses for $69. I showed it to each person. After my exam they told me these certain two racks had kids frames, but said I can choose from any other racks. I found two I liked. The lady went through the lengthy measurement process then printed my bill. It was for $268. I said I was using the coupon. So she said I looked at the wrong racks.
