My Mom had an eye appointment at 4:00, we arrived at approximately 3:15 and signed in at the entrance as directed. After waiting approximately 45 minutes without being called, I asked the employee at the front desk if we needed to fill out paperwork since this was our first time visiting this office. She replied that the gentlemen in the back would come to get us when they were ready for us. We continued to sit in the waiting area as employees were getting off work which was around 5:00.
