Dr. Delaney is a very knowledgeable, competent and caring Optometrist. His front office receptionists were very professional, helpful and responsive. I was impressed with his assistant who was very thorough during the initial exam but also extremely kind, caring and efficient. The office is clean and immaculate. Overall, it was a very positive and reassuring experience being taken care of by him and his staff. 5 strong stars!

I have never experienced such irresponsible and unreliable service at any clinic. In November, I ordered a pair of frames from this clinic. Judy told me the frames would arrive within two days and that I would be contacted to try them on. If they fit, the clinic would then make new glasses based on my prescription. I had a great experience during my first eye exam with Dr. DeLaney in 2023, which is why I chose to return in 2024. Unfortunately, my second visit was a completely different experience. After receiving my updated prescription, I had my glasses made at LensCrafters—just like the previous year. Within a few days, I started having headaches and blurred vision.
