Doctors are very good(5 stars). Front desk staff(1 person) needs some serious training on how to be nice to people. We always had good experience with the staff. But the person I spoke to sounded rude and expected me to know their process when I called them to book an appt.
Excellent service and care.
I have been seeing Dr. Delaney for the past 3 years now. I have seen 10s of optometrists since I have been wearing glasses since childhood but I can say I have been the most comfortable with Dr. Delaney’s prescription so far. My experience with the doctor was wonderful and I had no complaints there. However, their front office staff was not as great. When leaving my appointment, I attempted twice to pay my co-pay and twice the system had errors processing my card due to issues with the front offices payment system. However, what was disappointing was the implication that it was an issue with my card as I was only told of the issue with their system when I spoke with Tiffany via phone the following day to follow up on my payment.
