Kelso was very helpful, showed me different glasses in the style I told her I liked. Until I found the one I totally loved. Very nice and amazing person to work with all around. I will definitely be back! Also the doctor was one of the nicest eye doctor I have ever been too.
Used to be great 3-5 years ago. Doctor is good, eye exams go smoothly, but the staff is not too helpful. They just seem annoyed when talking to them. When my dad needed help seeing if his sunglass lenses could be replaced, she set them down while we looked at frames and moved on to other paperwork. My dad went back to the desk 5 minutes later and asked if she had any luck. Very blank faced and rudely, she responded “with what”.. I recently had an eye exam here and my experience was great! The check-in process was quick and smooth, Wendy and Shannon were so professional and friendly. And I appreciated the attention and care Dr. Corsiatti provided.
Everyone at the Minooka office was friendly and welcoming. My exam with Dr. Corsiatti was thorough. My glasses came in 6 days. Fast, friendly service!
