1st time there. They messed up prescription, had to go back more than a couple times to figure it out. Two years later, did new test. Needed new prescription . Found a pair of sunglasses. The assistant wrote down all the info, lens type, frames, insurance, total out of pocket, etc. I specifically asked them to save all of that as I needed to come back anyway for a family member. I always enjoy my experience at Eyecare Associates of DeWitt. The entire staff is great to deal with, from the thoroughness of the Dr with the eye exam to fitting of the frames.
Dr. Danielle and the rest of the staff were knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful and so nice! That was a year ago. Today they wasted my time by not accepting my insurance even though I gave them my card last visit. I took off early for work and drove from Kalamazoo. No apologies, no solutions. The Dr. Has been great in the past, but office staff is unhelpful.
I have been going to Eye Care Associates for decades. It changed ownership and doctors recently, but if anything, the level of care has done nothing but improve!
