I always enjoy my experience at Eyecare Associates of DeWitt. The entire staff is great to deal with, from the thoroughness of the Dr with the eye exam to fitting of the frames.
Dr. Danielle and the rest of the staff were knowledgeable, accommodating, helpful and so nice! That was a year ago. Today they wasted my time by not accepting my insurance even though I gave them my card last visit. I took off early for work and drove from Kalamazoo. No apologies, no solutions. The Dr. Has been great in the past, but office staff is unhelpful.
I have been going to Eye Care Associates for decades. It changed ownership and doctors recently, but if anything, the level of care has done nothing but improve!
Service is always above and beyond. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful.
