Would give it a zero if I could! They billed my health insurance instead of my eye insurance even though I told them about it! They didn’t bill me or call me for ONE YEAR! The only reason I found out about it is because I called to schedule my annual eye exam. They don’t call back when they say they will. Worst experience I have had with a medical institution! Now my insurance might not pay for it because it has been so long
