I really like the team at EyeCare Associates. Dr. Mansfield is very thorough with her patients and the nurses are so sweet and friendly.
This was my first visit to this office, and unfortunately it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an eye doctor’s office. From the very beginning, the experience was disorganized. After scheduling my appointment, I never received a confirmation call, text, or email. The online forms requested my insurance information, but no one contacted me to obtain it before my appointment.
