Worst customer service! I had an appointment at 1030 was told to be there at 1015. I call to find out exactly where the office is located only to be told Zoiy failed to call due to the doctor having some sort of emergency. The emergency was known early!! Why would she wait until the customer has to call!!! I have waited for this appointment!!! Not to mention the only office in my area that take the insurance!! So disappointing!!
5 stars! The receptionist and Dr. Venessa Garcia-Balok were great! Very informative. Very clean. Excellent patient communication skills. I highly recommend.
