RecommendedI would only recommend Dr Carboni, not his staff. He does a very thorough job in the exam. He takes time to answer questions and has a great personality. After waiting for 4 weeks for my glasses, I called the office. I waited for the worker to check. My glasses were there but no one bothered to call or text me. I went to pick up my glasses and the employee handed them to me over the counter. Usually they take the patient back and make adjustments as needed. Love this place!
My husband and I got an appointment together as new patients. It took literally 3 hours to simply get an annual exam and contacts eval. 1:45 in main waiting room 40 min in next waiting room. Maybe 25 minutes in actual evaluation room with Dr. Carboni. And 10 minutes in contacts/payment office. Maybe it was because it was our first visit, but I can’t make myself go back to try again. Waiting times are ridiculous. Today was the final straw. Three different times I have waited over an hour and will not do it again. Time means nothing to these people.
I like the Dr but when we went to leave i told them I would come back to get my glasses after Christmas then she said that we had to pay and she told us that the ins would not pay for my glasses i would have to pay .I called the ins co and they said that it should not have coats anything and that they would pay for my glasses and I would just have to pay anything over $200 so I will have to find another Dr that staff is as nice as him everyone was nice but the one that I did not get glasses from
