I have no clue where all these great reviews come from. From the get-go it was extremely unorganized. I came with my son, we both had an appointment, but they didn't have his appointment on the schedule. Thankfully they worked him in since I'd checked him out of school to come to the appointment. There was an expensive eye pressure test they said wasn't required, but was strongly encouraged, costing me an extra $80 for both me and my son.
