Took my Mom there she has dementia. Does not want to give her glasses and secretary try to tell me what another doctor said and she was not present at the time. Not a happy visit.
I did not enjoy my experience here at all. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist, Rachel, was rude right off the bat just because I wanted to make sure they had both of my insurances on file. She made a lot of snarky comments and made it very obvious I was annoying her. Next I had to choose between a $40 retinal scan or having my eyes dilated.
