She provided very detailed explanation of my eye health during the exam, and provided different options and recommendations for me to make educated informed decisions on what eyeglasses and/or contacts would best suit my needs. She provides just enough concise eyecare information withOUT it feeling like a sales pitch to get you to buy glasses and/or contacts.

Had to switch optometry offices due to a change in insurance & wanted to find someone local. Dr. Lily Chen has a lovely bedside manner and takes her time to get to know new clients. Love that the practice is up do date with their equipment -- no puffs of air!I also asked how they do eye exams with younger kids who are sometimes all over the place when they are looking at the eye chart. I had my eyes checked recently by Dr. Lily Chen and I am very satisfied with the care she delivered. She was informative and polite throughout the exam. She explained everything she was doing and answered all my questions. In addition, she even spoke about other eye health topics that I never thought of. I left the exam with a new and better understanding of the health of my eyes. I am very happy now to have her as my optometrist and would highly recommend her to everyone.
Beautiful place and awesome glasses selection! There were so many that I loved, I could've left with all of them! EyeCare About Eyes was the coziest practice I've ever been to. The office, the staff, and Dr. Chen were all so inviting and welcoming. Dr. Chen took the time to explain everything and was so thorough with my exam. If you haven't gone to them for your vision needs, you're missing out!
