I've been going to Dr. Cary Silverman since Parsippany. Not happy with the billing department, why should I have to call my insurance and you stick a sticky in my face while I'm on the phone with my insurance company to give them a code 99634. Why am I doing you job. And Paula tells me to get out of her office and make my call in the waiting room. Not happy been so disrespected 😠

Very pushy on there own prescription paper, always have to argue with them to get a State blue paper prescription, the white 8.5x11 is only good at there place! staff is not good always argue with them to get the state blue prescription paper!

Nurse Barbara was so kind and made my brother and I feel comfortable the whole time. I was even able to watch the whole procedure. My brother is doing great and said he can see like a hawk!!
