Just a suggestion. Once the customers is finished with the Dr. The staff it on the floor should grab the customer and their paperwork and go over benefits and insurance. This would be easier then just standing, pacing, or sitting waiting to know what happens next. Don't get me wrong Scott is amazing at what he does and takes customers as he sees them needing assistance but they're is no structure except for seeing the Dr.
