I am writing to share my disappointment with the service I recently received at EyeC - 979 Story rd location. It took two months for my glasses to be completed. Furthermore, when I picked them up, I was not provided with a protective case. Every other optician I have visited has always included a case with a new pair of glasses. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business to others.
The customer service at this store was quite rude. The staff seemed impatient when answering questions.
Brought my 2 1/2 year old in for an Exam and they handled my boy with patience and care. All questions and concerns were answered.
I had a great experience with Dr. Pham and his staff with my cataract procedure. From the first consultation all the way to post operation appointment, they were all professional and helpful. The entire process was smooth and painless, just a little discomfort after ward. I got my vision back and thanks to each and everyone of them.I had nothing but praise for this entire team. Highly recommend!
I did the most thorough research and discovered Dr. Randal Pham. He was highly recommended by his colleagues, who, not onlly sent their patients, family and friends to him, but they themselves, self referred to him for his excellent services.
