The original people did such an amazing job. The new people that started working are the reason I will no longer be coming :( miss so many hairs and not sharp and clean like it used to be. To expensive to not be happy with the results

**Eden Prairie location, this happened on Saturday July 8th. I have been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded for over 5 years and never had an issue. However there is a new woman that works the weekends that left me with two strands of eyebrow left. I am very unhappy with my eyebrows who knows how long it’ll take or if they will ever grow back the same. She is the worst eyebrow threader I have ever experienced. If you are looking to get your eyebrows done here do NOT come on the weekends.
