had an amazing experience with Rose at Eyebrow R Us! She is very professional, kind, and truly talented. She took her time to make sure my eyebrows looked perfect and exactly how I wanted them. The shape came out beautiful, clean, and very natural. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Rose to anyone looking for excellent eyebrow service!
Usually I’m highly satisfied with my service but today was NOT the case . I went in with nice full eyebrows , a slight unibrow which is why I wanted it cleaned up , all in all the person doing my eyebrows did a horrible job. She took off the front chunk of my left eyebrow leaving way more space between my eyebrows than I would have liked ,when I told her that she did that her answer was that she did it “to make them more even” and she DIDNT EVEN MAKE THEM EVEN, she made them worse. Would give 0 stars if possible. The threading employees are too rough when providing service. The skin on the top layer where service was provided is red and raw ultimately leaving permanent bumps as scars on my face where hairs were pulled. DO NOT GO HERE
