When I arrived for an eyebrow threading appointment, the staff member who attended to me was on a personal phone call. She did not speak to me or asked to sit down and then began threading my eyebrows while continuing her conversation on the phone. I requested that she finish her phone call before starting the service. Instead of ending the call, she rudely told me to "come back after 10 minutes." My sisters and I have been coming here for years, our lady is usually Mayuri and she is the best! She is precise, gentle and so so kind. I have never had a bad experience with her.
Went here for the first time yesterday and was so happy with the result! The process was also so quick and easy. I am always nervous trying a new place when it comes to eyebrows but will definitely be back!!
Service was friendly enough and the salon is clean and open but she was very obviously rushing - I now have MULTIPLE cuts on my eye and chin (which had several dark hairs left behind as well) which I did not really notice until I had already left and the area had calmed down. I live far away so I can't really go back to speak with them. Do not recommend.
