Awful! I’ve been going here for 2 years but today service was Horrible 😭 now I have to wait for my eyebrows to grow back
Terrible experience. Went in for a clean up and tint. Asked for light brown, was given BLACK. I was told it would lighten after a few washes and it most certainly has not. She cut down my brows; not just a trim, a hack job. They are not even at all. Not even close. I had decently shaped brows before, just needing cleaned up and wanting to get tinted a slight bit darker so I did not need to pencil in every day. Now I have literal pencil thin black brows with blonde hair. Would never recommend and will never be back.

Warning, DO NOT GO HERE. They doubled charged the service and said “oh, our bad we will reverse the extra charge”. They never did, and when I called and asked about it they said “do you have proof?” And refuses to fix the charge. Absolute scammers and the service was just as bad. If you go and get scammed that’s on you.
