I showed Ilham exactly what I wanted, but now my brows are botched. I left in tears, as I expected great results based on the reviews I read before coming. She turned my full brows that just needed a little clean up into thin lines. When I said, "This isn't what I asked for - I showed you exactly what I wanted," her response was, "What you showed me looked older." But it's what I asked for!
