To be completely honest, as someone who tends to come here on weekends, my only real issue here is with the customer service. The lady who did them today - I don’t know her name, but she has done them before - is just so rude. It’s an issue. I’ve been visiting this place since 2017, and over the years I’ve seen many staff members come and go. There were some really great ladies here before, but most of them left. Since I’m comfortable with this place, I continued coming here regularly. Unfortunately, the lady who usually does threading on weekends has been quite rude and rushes through the process without caring about customer comfort. - I specifically told the lady to keep them thick and she made one eye brow thin and the other thick . Both look so different . so unprofessional . She did not even made an effort to fix it and started to accuse me instead
