Asked for as much as an arch and to leave as thick as possible. Thinned out, hairs left, she offered to remove the remainder of the hairs but after how thin it was said no. Been threading for years and this is the first time this has ever happened. Would avoid coming here.

I use to love this threading place, I paid $100 in advance for 5 sessions. I have two sessions left, it’s impossible to redeem them because they’re usually closed on the day’s that the store is ran by Leah. I made an appointment with Leah, my usually eyebrow lady, she normally runs very late, I had an appointment at 11:15am and she was nowhere to be found by 12pm. I’ve been a member at Eyebrow Plus since they first opened, and over the years I’ve visited several locations and worked with many aestheticians. The Pioneer location is closest to me, so it’s the one I go to most often. For the past few months, I’ve been seeing Leah, and I can confidently say she truly knows her craft. Leah always gets me right whenever I’m in Portland! Will always come through! :)
