I have been a loyal customer at Eyebrow Plus (San Francisco, Westfield Mall) for over 10 years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. In June 2024, I had an upper lip wax done by Rita, who did not ask me any questions about my skincare routine beforehand. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who did my eyebrows. She’s the one usually there every weekend. The worst experience ever (I only continued going because I had bought a 5 eyebrow threading package). Every time, she would start immediately on the job without even asking me what are my preferences. This was my first time there and the lady just told me to sit and right away just started to thread without asking me anything about preferences or what I was looking for. I just wanted a clean up with my natural brow shape and she gave me very thin uneven brows. I didn’t even want to complain. I just wanted to leave and never come back.
