It’s my first time coming here and I’m very disappointed with how they waxed my eyebrows. I think the girl that they assigned to wax my eyebrows is new and they could’ve at least gave me someone that is more experienced with waxing. She left one side thinner than the other and I couldn’t get a refund because there’s a sign that says no refunds as soon as you walk in.
