I went there, and it was Closed down, cleared out, spite the website saying they were open. It was disappointing, especially since I traveled from southern Maryland. I called the phone number, and the number was disconnected.
For the first time I dyed my eyebrows and I was not disappointed, I loved it. I will be back soon!
No customer service skills, instead of guiding me by telling me to move my head accordingly she pushed my head using a one finger. This place has progressively gotten worse.
