I used to be a loyal customer here about six years ago, back when the original owner and the other girl were working there, and I always had a good experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit was extremely disappointing. There is a new person doing eyebrows now, and she cut way too much of my eyebrow hair, leaving my eyebrows extremely thin and uneven compared to what I wanted. I love going to eyebrow design because they always do a good job and I am obsessed with how convenient it is. I usually get sat right away in a chair and the longest I’ve ever had to wait on a walk-in is maybe five minutes to get sat. So there’s no rush to make an appointment time involved which cuts out some of the mumbo-jumbo. They do a very professional job and the price point of $10 is extremely reasonable.
