I never write negative reviews and this has been my long time loved spot. Elina does exceptional work all the time but she is never in shop. Instead there are two other ladies that do threading. I always ask for a clean up on my brows and I get what I ask for. Each and every-time I come back and decide to give it another chance they disappoint me. I went to get information about the brows because I want to get mine done, once I got to the door I heard the door lock. (there were people inside) They shut the door in my face which is really rude, they could’ve at least told me they were closing or something. This is not a way to treat customers.
