I had a bad experience at this store with a very rude employee but I contacted and complained to the owner and he was very understanding and apologetic. I will likely not go back because I am a little rattled and embarrassed by the experience and rather not see the employee that was rude to me but I appreciate the owner taking his time to respond to an email and make a phone call to me and rectify the actions of the employee.

I've never done the eyebrow art but have been in there to look at their jewelry. They are rude with NO customer service skills. Every time I pass by that place, it's always empty. Wonder how long they can survive with no customers! Sorry you had to go thru that. I would've made a scene so others wouldn't have to go thru the same thing! >:(

If I could give this business less than one star , than I would . I feel like people should know what they are getting themselves into before they visit this business , and that's why I felt the need to share my experience .
