I bought a pair of glasses for $930, but the bolts on the frame keep loosening and falling off. Despite multiple repair visits, the issue persists. The store owner tries to avoid honoring the warranty by blaming me for improper use. As someone who has worn glasses for 40 years, I find this response ridiculous.
Great optometrist, very professional service. The manager, Blair, was very kind and meticulous in answering my questions. I will recommend friends to come here for glasses.
