Very Bad customer service I feel very uncomfortable with my husband when he try to found a Glasses , she as very suspicious with us , I have never been like that in my life. I have always been honest and always will be. To avoid feeling even worse I left the store and bought the beautiful pair in another one
I just love this store, I’ve had such a lovely experience at EyeZone! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, helped me pick out a few pairs of glasses before, and now I just ordered a pair for my son through him. This amazing man was kind, patient, and truly cared about helping us find the right fit. It’s rare to find such thoughtful service — thank you!🙌perfect service!
I walked by leaving the mall and happened to stop in and take a look at their selection. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Mark. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable in regards to the best frames and lenses for you. He did not try to upsell but instead, helped me choose the best frames for my face shape. I can honestly say, I have never received such honesty and excellent service from an eyeglass company before. I highly recommend checking this place out, be sure to ask for Mark!!
