Placed an $1k+ order online, they said they can’t ship it to Richmond Hill. Fine, I’ll pick it up at the store. Took me an hour and half all the way here from Richmond Hill since they said open 7 days a week 12-6.. the store is closed lol Ps. You need to update your business hours. Biked over on a rainy Sunday in need of a repair but you’re closed.
Had a wonderful experience getting a minor repair on my glasses by Shawn! Fixed everything quickly while I waited and even made adjustments to ensure they fit even better than before!
I went in to Eye Wonder with my glasses bent out of shape and was in a pretty tough spot, Shawn ended up fixing them in store at no charge. Thanks Shawn!
