Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. It was a great experience.
Staff was friendly and helpful. They were having technical problems with their equipment which led to a long appointment. I wasn’t aware this was a telehealth clinic. It would be nice if there was explained ahead of time. I might have made a different clinic choice.
The staff did a great job!!! But we miss having a doctor in office. Talking to a doctor for a couple minutes on screen isn't the same as in person. It's the difference between being at the beach or seeing a video of the beach.
