Terrible!!! Got to the office there at 2:55 for a 3:00 eye exam. Made the app. 3 weeks ago. Like seeing Dr. Nadel, she was booked for 4weeks out. The waiting area was full, no where to sit. Finally got in back to see Dr. Heather around 3:45-50ish. She was shuffling between myself and another patient so I had to go back to waiting area to wait, which I thought was rude.
