Excellent and compassionate doctors and staff. Everyone makes me feel comfortable and cared for. The treatment team is down to earth and their skill is wonderful.
I would only recommend for Dr Rossi , she is amazing with kids As for the billing staff , they do not tell you that they do not take secondary insurance until after your left with a bill . Also apparently I had an outstanding bill from a year ago which they claimed they sent a bill twice out to me , and the office manager made sure to tell me in her sweet condescending voice, two times , if the bill wasn’t paid today , my daughter couldn’t take the trial contacts home. Horrible experience with the eyeglass department. Will never go back. They were unwilling to explain the rationale behind the size they recommended for my child besides “this is what she does for a living.” A family of 5 all in glasses and I will never go back.
First time back since COVID. Extremely clean, social distance rules enforced, temperature taken, pre screening survey required and seats wiped down after use. As always, great service. Felt very comfortable and safe.

Need to see patients on time
My son came in with major vision problems as a young boy. The doctors and staff not only put us at ease but my son David is doing fantastic. The vision therapy worked wonders. We are so grateful to all of you.
